Shipping Methods:

We primarily use Royal Mail for shipping our orders within the United Kingdom. Our shipping options include:

  • Express: This service aims to deliver your parcel the next working day after it's been dispatched, including Saturdays. However, please note that this is not a guaranteed service, and delivery times may vary based on factors such as location and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Standard: This service delivers your parcel within two to three working days after dispatch, including Saturdays. Like Express, delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.

Shipping Costs:

Our shipping costs are simple.

Express: £3.99

Standard: £3.29

If your order is £60 or above, your order will be shipped free. This is automatically calculated at checkout. 

Processing Time:

We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will typically be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Order Tracking:

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery online through the Royal Mail website.

While we strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery of all orders, please understand that occasional delays or issues may occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or postal strikes. International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship internationally.
